1About FlixLatino
What is FlixLatino?
FlixLatino is a Spanish-language streaming service. It offers current, award-winning movies, series, and documentaries starting at $4.99/month (see Plans & Pricing below for details). Everything is in HD and made in Spanish, including new movies that premiere at the same time as they do in Latin America and Spain. Once a title is available, you can watch it as many times as you want.
Does FlixLatino offer a free trial?
Yes. Both the Basic and Premium plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial, you get full access to the entire catalog. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends — see "Canceling Your Subscription" below.

You can stream on the platform of your choice (see how many screens you can use above). Every plan also includes FlixLatino Kids, a profile with content made for children.
What platforms is FlixLatino available on?
FlixLatino works on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, the web, and Samsung and VEWD Smart TVs. Your account works on all of them — it doesn’t matter which platform you signed up on. You can download the app and log in on any of the others.
What kind of programming does FlixLatino offer?

The app is asking me to choose a plan, but I already have an active subscription
- Make sure the FlixLatino app is updated to the latest version.
- Sign out, then sign back in.
- If it still doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- After reinstalling, sign in using the same method you used to subscribe (see below).
- Check if your subscription is now recognized.
- If you subscribed through the FlixLatino website, sign in with your email and password.
- If you subscribed through Apple, select the Apple logo and sign in with your Apple ID.
- If you subscribed through Google, select the Google logo and sign in with your Google account.
10Troubleshooting: Roku "HDCP Unauthorized" (Purple Screen)
A Roku player shows a purple screen with "HDCP Unauthorized" — or sometimes just a plain purple screen — when it detects that your TV or receiver doesn’t support HDCP, the copy-protection standard required for streaming over HDMI. A bad HDMI cable or connection can cause the same screen.
First, try these steps
- Setting up 4K Ultra HD for the first time? Follow Roku’s 4K setup instructions first. Still seeing a purple screen? Continue below.
- Unplug both ends of the HDMI cable from your Roku player and your TV or receiver.
- Turn off your TV and Roku player, and unplug their power cables.
- Reconnect both ends of the HDMI cable firmly.
- Plug the TV and Roku player back into power, and turn them on.
- Try playing the video again.
If that doesn’t work, try these next
- Try a different HDMI input on your TV.
- Try a different HDMI cable (under 6 feet, if possible) — the current one may be defective.
- If you’re using an HDMI or A/V receiver switch, connect the Roku player directly to the TV instead.
- Try a different TV, if you have one.
- Using a computer monitor? Try a TV instead.
- Try a different display setting on your Roku player, under Settings > Display type.
- First time seeing this purple screen since setup? Confirm your TV and/or receiver supports HDCP — contact the manufacturer for details.
